Microstructure and Mechanical Behavior of Cu-Al-Ni-B Alloys with Thermoelastic Martensitic Transformation

چکیده

For the first time, using optical, scanning, and transmission electron microscopy X-ray phase analysis in combination with measurements of tensile mechanical properties, we obtained data on structural features polycrystalline shape-memory eutectoid Cu-Al-Ni-(B) alloys doped by aluminum (of 10 14 wt% Al total amount), nickel 3, 4, 4.5 Ni), boron (0.02–0.3 B) various compositions. The effect grain sizes, structure, composition, properties shape memory (SM) has been studied. localization borides structure was investigated an growth inhibition (α + β) β Cu-Al-Ni-B established, both cast state considered after their heat treatment.
